CARTER & BURGESS PLAZA – FORT WORTH, TEXAS Client: Crescent Real Estate Equities, LTD Contractor: Damage Control & Restoration, Inc. 40-Story Glass Curtain Wall Façade Office Building: Building had $60 million in damages from tornado. Curtain wall stabilization and temporary closure of the glass façade. Inspected building glass and provide damage assessment report. Prepared glazing and sealant contract documents. Provided management and quality control inspections of re-glazing and sealant work.
CONCORD PLACE – PHOENIX, ARIZONA Client: Presidio Investments, Ltd. Contractor: American Restoration, Inc. 6-Story Office Building with a Simulated Stone Façade: Condition survey of stone veneer and provided a report of findings and recommendations. Developed stone repair methods. Prepared contract documents for the remediation and sealing of the stone veneer. Provided management and quality control inspection of the remediation.
SPECTRUM CENTER – DALLAS, TEXAS Client: Cousins Properties Contractor: Spectrum Center Partners 12-Story Twin Tower Office Building: Full condition survey of structurally glazed curtain wall system. Documented defects and developed repair procedures.
